Yes. Our coaches are experienced in adapting sessions for women of all ages - from 30's to late 60s! We’ll ask about any issues beforehand and tailor exercises at every workout to keep you safe and moving well. This is the difference between working with coaches who are Personal Trainers who know your name and exercise history, and getting a random Fitness Instructor for your gym or large group training class.

Yes. Sessions are short, effective, and scheduled to fit around work and family life. We have different programmes with training sessions on different days and times. All of the before and after photos above were achieved with the clients exercising for LESS than 3 hours a week.
Most women love how they feel and choose to continue on a monthly membership option. There are a few different options available, and we will discuss these with you nearer the time. But there’s no pressure to carry on, you’ll complete the September Reset feeling stronger, more confident, and knowing how to keep progressing in the way that works best for you.
No. We give you practical, family-friendly nutrition that focuses on balance, not restriction. Think tasty meals you can eat with the family- not a “diet food" in sight. Everything we recommend can be found in your local supermarket.
