I'm not very fit - will this still work for me?

Absolutely. Most women who join haven’t exercised in a while. We start at your level, build you up safely, and make sure you leave each session feeling proud... not punished.

What if I miss a week or have to skip a session?

We get it... life happens! Our programme is designed to be flexible. Miss a session? We’ll help you catch up so you never feel behind or wasting your money.

Is this suitable if I have aches, pains, or previous injuries?

Yes. Our coaches are experienced in adapting sessions for women of all ages - from 30's to late 60s! We’ll ask about any issues beforehand and tailor exercises at every workout to keep you safe and moving well. This is the difference between working with coaches who are Personal Trainers who know your name and exercise history, and getting a random Fitness Instructor for your gym or large group training class.

I’m really busy – will I have time for this?

Yes. Sessions are short, effective, and scheduled to fit around work and family life. We have different programmes with training sessions on different days and times. All of the before and after photos above were achieved with the clients exercising for LESS than 3 hours a week.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

Most women love how they feel and choose to continue on a monthly membership option. There are a few different options available, and we will discuss these with you nearer the time. But there’s no pressure to carry on, you’ll complete the September Reset feeling stronger, more confident, and knowing how to keep progressing in the way that works best for you.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. We give you practical, family-friendly nutrition that focuses on balance, not restriction. Think tasty meals you can eat with the family- not a “diet food" in sight. Everything we recommend can be found in your local supermarket.

Will I feel out of place?

Not at all. You’ll be training alongside other local women just like you, in a friendly, supportive environment. No egos, no judgment.

What results can I expect?

Most women notice better energy, improved strength, and their clothes fitting more comfortably within the first few weeks. With six weeks, our clients, on average, lose 8-18lbs and 2-5 inches from their waist.

Chris Hipsey

Chris has two decades of experience working with busy midlife women. As the founder of Plan B Fitness, and a parent juggling real life himself, he understands the pressures, routines and responsibilities his clients face far better than the newly qualified, gym-floor PT.

He built the Flexible Fitness Framework™ and the Sustainable Strength System™ to give women a realistic, structured way to get fitter, stronger and more energised without rigid plans or perfection pressure. His approach is grounded in experience, empathy and real-life practicality, not trends or guesswork.
